He's a local. We got a guy here that looks just like him except he carries around one of the old cell phones, the ones that are about a foot long. He walks down in the water to pee and yaks on his big ol phone the whole time. My local is tanner than yours though.

I'd like to say "Tourist" but my Dad likes to wear speedos to this day. I don't think he realizes he's 66 years old :O
Not that the speedos were working for him back in the 1970s either. I used to pretend like I didn't know him. Is that wrong?
